It is illustrated for the enjoyment of all children and it is written so that primary aged children can read it easily. The paintings show a tree as it changes from one beautiful season to the next. The paintings also show birds and children and their activities in each of the four seasons. You will love this book!

    About Barbara Rogelstad

    Barbara Rogelstad is a Photographer, Calligrapher, and Educator from Brantford, Ontario, Canada.

    She has been a Teacher Consultant for Special Education and an Educator of elementary children for 36 years. Recently retired in 2009 Barbara followed her dream to write this children’s book. Her love for trees and birds inspired her to design a picture book that young children could read and enjoy.

    Barbara is married to David and they have three children and two grandchildren. She dedicates this book to her family who give her constant love and support.

  • About Irena Komadinic

    book image Irena Komadinic is a Visual Artist from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She received formal art training from Sheridan College and McMaster University graduating in 2003 with a BFA. Irena has worked in various media including sculpture and printmaking but she is currently focused on painting and textile arts. Her art has been exhibited at various galleries and several of her works belong to private collections. This is her first time illustrating a children’s book.

    Irena is engaged to be married to Garth who is also a Visual Artist.
